TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customer is an individual person, placing Orders on the website, at kodoto.shop, here in after mentioned as a Goods receiver. Seller is the online store, at kodoto.shop, where goods are presented. They are offered by the Seller to the Customers for placing Orders, as well as for payment and Order delivery terms. Goods are material objects available for sale on the Website. Order is an appropriately arranged delivery request of a list of goods chosen on the Website and shipped to the address indicated by the Customer.

 

1. General Regulations

1.1. By ordering Goods online through kodoto.shop, the Customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, Terms) provided below.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Customers, who have made purchases before such changes, will be notified via email.

1.3. By placing the Order, the Customer agrees to accept the Terms.

 

2. Processing of the orders, payments and delivery deadlines.

2.1. Customer places the Order directly on the Website.

2.2. After Goods have been chosen, the Customer will make a payment at kodoto.shop checkout page via Stripe payment method or will be redirected to the website of the third party (paypal.com), in order to make a payment for Goods and their delivery.

2.3. The Customer has to provide his contact information, delivery address, billing address and credit card details for the Payment System.

2.4. The Seller does not and cannot have access to any kind of Customer credit card information. All monetary operations are carried out and protected by the Payment System.

2.5. The Seller has access to the following data provided by the Customer to the Payment System: the Customer contact information, delivery address, and a total amount of payment.

2.6. The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by the Customer during registration.

2.7. After the payment has been made, the Customer receives the payment confirmation, sent to the email address provided.

2.8. By paying for Goods, the Customer confirms that he read and understood the recommendations and limitations concerning the use of Goods, which are specified in the “Item Description” section at kodoto.shop

 

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery is carried out all over the World, to the settled areas where Postal Service is available.

3.2. Goods are mailed to the Customer on the next business day after the payment. The email with tracking number will be sent to the Customer upon dispatching the Goods.

3.3. The Order delivery deadline depends on the Country and region of shipment, as well as on the efficiency of a local delivery service, and does not necessary depend on the Seller.

3.4. Approximate delivery time to the most countries of the World (including the USA and countries of the European Union) is about 2-4 weeks. The maximum delivery time is 45 days from the date of shipping.

3.5. If the Customer didn’t get the email with tracking number, most of the time, this is because the Customer have entered a wrong email address for order (recomendation: check junk folder as well). If the Customer believe that have entered a wrong email address, please email to The Seller via e-mail provided in the “Contacts” section of the official website, at www.nonaqua.net.

3.6. If for any reason the Customer needs to cancel order or to change shipping address, the Customer must contact via e-mail provided in the “Contacts” section of the official website, at kodoto.shop within 12 hours. Once the order processing is complete and the Seller ships order, the Customer can no longer cancel order or ask any changes.

3.7. The Seller will make every effort to meet the previously mentioned delivery deadlines. However, delivery delays are possible due to the unforeseen circumstances, which are beyond the powers of the Representative.

3.8. Shipping payment is made together with payment for the Order on the Payment System website.

 

4. Warranties and Responsibilities

4.1. The Seller is not responsible for damage caused to the Customer as a result of misuse of Goods ordered at the Website.

4.2. The Seller is not responsible for the information obtained from the External Websites.

4.3. The Seller can reassign, or otherwise transfer, the rights and obligations arising from their relations with the Customer to the third parties.

4.4. The Seller guarantees the quality of Goods only in case of compliance with the recommendations and limitations for the use of Goods provided in the “Item Description” section on a corporate website at kodoto.shop

4.5. Return of Goods is accepted only if the quality of Goods is inconsistent with the properties set out in the section “Item Description” at kodoto.shop

4.6. The Seller accepts requests concerning the quality or return of the Goods via e-mail provided in the “Contacts” section of the official website, at kodoto.shop

 

5. Confidentiality and protection of personal data

5.1. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Customer, except in the cases when dealing with the agents and third parties in order to fulfill the obligations to the Customer, including Delivery Service.

5.2. The Seller reserves the right to use the “cookies” technology. “Cookies” do not contain confidential information and are not assigned to the third parties.

5.3. The Seller gathers information on the IP-addresses from the visitor section of the website, at www.nonaqua.net. This information is not used for identification of a visitor.
